Humans we may face failures at some point in our life. The manner in which we tackle and deal with our failures is definitely what matters to one’s upbringing and maturity. Sometime, the mismanagement of situations we face or use of resources is one of the contributory factors for our failures.
Taking ownership or responsibility of the failures is the honourable thing to do than scapegoating. It is not that is easy to take ownership of our failures. It is easier for individuals to blame others for their failures, as a way of fixing up their failures or mistakes. There are also certain uncontrollable circumstances and non-human factors which can play role in individual failures. Failures and mistakes are going to happen. It is what we learn from those failures and mistakes that will allow an individual to grow and succeed in the future attempts.
“Failure is Not Falling Down but Refusing to Get Up”. Chinese Proverb.
